Service Terms

User Age and Eligibility

Individuals who have registered, are 18 years of age or older, are emancipated minors, or have parental or legal guardian consent, and who are fully able and competent to enter into these terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties herein are only permitted to participate in the online courses. You declare that you are at least 18 years old and meet the eligibility conditions by accessing the Learning Platform. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on this learning platform. Do not use the Learning Platform if you are under the age of 18. Additional eligibility requirements for some courses may also apply, as stated in the course description. You are not permitted to use the Learning Platform if you do not meet the requirements for registration and participation or if you do not agree to the Terms.

Access to the learning platform

Course Modification or Cancellation

There could be mistakes and omissions in the course materials as well as the learning platform. Without providing previous warning, we reserve the right to fix any errors or omissions. Additionally, we have the right to replace instructors, discontinue, reschedule, delay, or alter any course or service.

Modifications To Learning Platform

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the learning platform at any time, without prior notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, information, data, text, music, sound, pictures, graphics, videos, messages, courses, materials, features, and/or hours of availability, without incurring any liability to you or any third party. Rules for Online Conduct

Prohibitions.

Software, graphics, text, photos, sound, video, and musical recordings are all examples of copyrighted content that cannot be used on the learning platform without the owner's express consent or another legal authority to use the content.

System or network security infractions could lead to legal or criminal responsibility.
